This is a 100% online course that shows how to make web maps using two of the most popular web mapping libraries:

• Google Maps is the undisputed leader in the field of web map. However, Google Maps is not free and could cost you $$ if your web maps gets too many hits. With Google you get punished for popularity.

• Leaflet is an Open Source library for making web maps that is gaining in popularity. There are no hidden costs with Leaflet, it is all free.

Both of these products use Javascript code to create their maps. But you don't have to be an expert in programming to understand how to make web maps.
